Recapping : i

I've notice that lately I've been slacking on the posts.
I have no reason because literally I have every minute of the day to myself.
I swear I need a hobby.
My life is currently in a slump.
I also realized that today marks one entire month after my birthday.
So I came up with the idea to recap this entire one month as a brand new 22 year old.
Besides the fact that I became a hygienist this month,
I was granted an 8-day access to paradise.
Miles away from home and some things still never change.
Like for instance, me leaving my mark on the floor due to a big fall,
or having to teach oral hygiene instructions.

While in Paradise, I did major self assessments.
I had a lot of time to myself to think about what I want to do in the future.
I also started reading Eat Pray Love
Which has been converted into a film and decided to read it before it premieres.
The author, Elizabeth Gilbert, is an amazing writer.
She has inspired me to continue on with my goals of travels.
I questioned why God gave the gift of beauty to the male peacocks.
I overcame the doubts and fears from my head and dove into temptation.

I realized you can find peace in just about anywhere you search for her.
I forgot about diets and losing weight
and gained a chocolate mustache.
I cannot state that these are all mine, but this goes to prove that I did eat like a barbarian
I proved to my mother, that there are moments when acting like an adult just won't work.
I kept up with a history making Soccer Tournament,
Give it up for Spain for taking the World Cup home for their very first time.
Speaking of Spain, I meet a relative from there and shared many interesting conversations.
I visited Mars and learned that He owns 2 moons and named them
Phobos and Deimos
I wonder why we didn't name our moon?
I was reintroduced to one of my favorite rappers of my generation.
"You must be a sorceress, cos you just did the impossible;
gained my trust, don't play games it'll be dangerous."
-Eminem
I keep realizing that in life it doesn't matter what you do or where you go,
what truly matters is who you're with when those other things happen.

I broke out of routines and hung out with people I don't usually see.
Turns out, saying "yes" open the doors to unlocked fun that is just waiting to happen.
Witness new events that may become tradition in the future.
Had family bonding and became a life-saver.
Who knew that a $3 club soda can cure the aching pains of my grandfather's stomach?
It's been a hell of a great month.
Can't wait to see what the next 11 have in stores for me.
